This comes into play when you assemble a model out of component parts - the Explode process ensures that each individual line and point are referred to separately and independently, which is crucial to the Export and conversion process. If that option is availabe, select it, and repeat step (3) until the option to Explode is no longer available. (3) Under Edit -> Entities (a number of entities should be displayed), a new sub-menu will appear in which the first option is Explode. For each face that needs to be flipped, right-click it and select "Reverse Faces". Be careful that all model faces are facing outward use View -> Face Style -> Monochrome to check this (white faces are the visible side purplish shaded faces are the non-rendered or invisible side) and then use View -> Face Style -> Shaded With Textures to return to normal.
